The weather finally cleared by Saturday morning and we were able to get the Balloons and Bags Tournament started on time. We originally scheduled to have the tournament out in the field near the runway, but had to move to concrete due to the wet grass. We had some good teams participate in this event, but one team stood above everyone else. Duke Bush and Troy Taylor cruised right along and took the title and was never sent to the losers bracket. Coming in second was Tommy Clark and Chris Jantzen. Tommy and Chris came out of the losers bracket by defeating Alvis Poff and Donnie Brauner. Alvis and Donnie, relatively new to the tournament scene put up a good fight throughout the tournament and we look forwarded to seeing them again in the future. This event will only get bigger and better and we could use a  little help from the weather next time.
